Why do I need to verify Discord before purchasing?
Synergy is tied to the supported signal ecosystem. Verification confirms that the Discord account attempting to purchase has the required Signals role before Stripe checkout is opened.
Does Synergy provide the trading signals?
No. Supported trade instructions originate from BridgeWave. Synergy is the automation layer that receives supported instructions and handles the compatible execution workflow.
Which platforms are included?
Basic and Premium provide MT4 access. Founders provides MT4 and MT5 access.
How many accounts can I use?
Basic supports 1 license slot, Premium supports up to 5, and Founders supports up to 10.
Is Founders a subscription?
No. Founders is $997 one-time for a Lifetime Synergy entitlement. It is not a monthly subscription.
Where do I manage my licenses after purchase?
Use the FCT Dashboard for customer-facing account visibility and self-service license management.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Synergy Basic and Premium customers can use the secure Stripe Customer Portal to manage billing details or cancel future renewals.
What if I already own Synergy?
Use the Dashboard button in the navigation or the customer button below. You do not need to go through the purchase flow again.
