About Synergy & Plans
What is FCT Synergy?
FCT Synergy is a trading automation system that receives supported BridgeWave Signals instructions and executes compatible trade actions on a connected MetaTrader account. It combines the EA, FCT infrastructure, licensing, and the Synergy Dashboard into one customer workflow.
Is Synergy a traditional account-to-account copier?
No. Synergy automates supported BridgeWave Signals instructions. FCT Nexus is the separate FCT product being developed for account-to-account trade copying.
Where do the signals come from?
Supported trade instructions originate through BridgeWave Signals. FCT Synergy is the automation and execution layer. Neither FCT nor BridgeWave guarantees profitable results.
What plans are available?
Basic is $50/month with MT4 and 1 license slot. Premium is $100/month with MT4, advanced trade-management features, and up to 5 license slots. Founders is currently $499 one-time for Lifetime access during the Early Bird offer, limited to the first 10 customers. After the first 10 spots are claimed, Founders increases to $997 Lifetime. Founders includes MT4 + MT5, all Premium automation features, and up to 10 license slots.
How much is Founders?
Synergy Founders Early Bird is $499 one-time for a Lifetime Synergy entitlement and is limited to the first 10 customers. Once all 10 Early Bird spots are claimed, the Founders price increases to $997 one-time / Lifetime. It is not a monthly subscription.
Which plans include MT5?
Founders currently includes MT4 and MT5 access. Basic and Premium currently provide MT4 access.
How many license slots do I get?
Basic includes 1 slot, Premium supports up to 5, and Founders supports up to 10.
Does Synergy guarantee profits?
No. Trading involves risk. Automation does not remove market risk, slippage, broker differences, connectivity problems, execution delays, or the possibility of loss.
Purchasing & Getting Started
Why do I need Discord verification before purchasing?
Synergy is tied to the supported signal ecosystem. Before Stripe checkout opens, FCT verifies that the Discord account attempting to purchase has the required Signals role.
What happens after I choose a plan?
You verify through Discord, complete checkout through Stripe, then use the FCT welcome resources to install the correct EA, activate an available license slot, connect the trading account, and sign in to the Dashboard.
Do I need to keep MetaTrader running?
Yes. The terminal and Synergy EA must remain running and connected for supported automation to continue. Many customers use a Windows VPS for continuous operation.
Do I need AutoTrading enabled?
Yes. MetaTrader must permit automated trading for the EA to execute supported trade actions.
Can I run Synergy on a VPS?
Yes. A Windows VPS is a common setup because it can keep MetaTrader and Synergy online continuously.
What if Discord verification fails?
Confirm you are signing in with the Discord account that has the required Signals role. If that role should be present and verification still fails, contact FCT Support.
Synergy Dashboard
Is the Synergy Dashboard included?
Yes. Dashboard access is included with Synergy plans.
Where do I access the Dashboard?
Use dashboard.finessedcopytrader.com or the Dashboard button on the main FCT website.
How do I log in?
The Dashboard uses an email-code sign-in flow. Enter the email associated with your FCT access and use the verification code sent to that address.
What can I monitor in the Dashboard?
The Dashboard can show connected account status, balance/equity, P&L, equity performance, P&L calendar information, signal activity, trade history, execution information, licensing, account health, and operational status based on available data.
Can I use multiple accounts in the Dashboard?
Yes, subject to your available Synergy license slots. You can switch between connected accounts and use account nicknames to make them easier to identify.
What is Privacy Mode?
Privacy Mode hides sensitive account values when you do not want financial information visible on screen, such as while screen sharing or recording.
What do Live, Delayed, Offline, Last Seen, and Last Sync mean?
These indicators help show how recently account or system data has reached the Dashboard. A delayed or offline status is a reason to check connectivity, but it does not by itself prove that an execution failed.
Will my previous trading history appear immediately?
Historical data may require an initial synchronization after the account is connected. The amount of history available depends on what the account, terminal, and FCT synchronization successfully provide.
Can I distinguish Synergy trades from manual trades?
Where sufficient execution data is available, Dashboard filtering and audit information can help separate Synergy-related activity from other account activity.
Execution & Trade Management
What trade actions can Synergy automate?
Depending on the supported signal, plan, and current EA version, Synergy can handle eligible entries, exits, stop loss, take profit, pending orders, risk-based sizing, break-even, partial closing, and other supported trade-management actions.
Will every broker execute at exactly the same price?
No. Broker price feeds, spreads, symbol configuration, liquidity, slippage, VPS latency, and execution speed can produce differences between accounts.
Does Synergy support different broker symbol names?
Synergy includes compatibility and mapping logic for supported broker/symbol configurations. Some broker naming conventions may still require supported configuration.
What happens if multiple signals arrive close together?
Synergy is designed to process valid supported signals as distinct events. Each signal must still pass the applicable account, execution, broker, and system checks.
What is risk-based sizing?
Risk-based sizing uses supported account and risk settings to calculate position size instead of relying only on a fixed lot. It is available on Premium and Founders.
What are break-even and partial-close features?
Break-even can adjust an eligible trade's stop-loss according to supported rules. Partial close can close part of an eligible position while leaving the remainder open. These features are available on supported Premium and Founders configurations.
What is Execution Audit?
Execution Audit is designed to give customers more visibility into what happened between a supported signal and the connected trading account. It can help diagnose missed-signal or execution mismatches using available FCT data.
Where should I look if I think a trade was missed?
Check the Dashboard account status, Execution Audit, signal activity, trade history, Synergy logs, MetaTrader Experts/Journal logs, and VPS/internet status. If the cause remains unclear, contact Support with screenshots and the approximate signal time.
Licensing & Account Management
Where do I manage my Synergy licenses?
Customer-facing license inventory and supported self-service license controls are available through the Synergy Dashboard.
Can I release a license myself?
Yes, where the activation is eligible for self-service release. This frees the applicable slot for future supported use without requiring routine support intervention.
What if I change computers or VPS?
Release the eligible existing activation first, then activate the replacement environment using an available license slot.
What if all my license slots are already in use?
You must release an eligible existing activation or use a plan with additional available license capacity.
Billing & Subscription Management
How do I manage Basic or Premium billing?
Use the Stripe Customer Portal linked from the FCT website to manage billing information and eligible subscription actions.
How do I cancel Basic or Premium?
Open Manage Billing on the FCT website and use the Stripe Customer Portal to cancel future renewals. Cancel before the next renewal date if you do not want the next recurring charge.
Is Founders recurring?
No. Founders is a one-time Lifetime Synergy entitlement. The Early Bird price is $499 for the first 10 customers; after those 10 spots are claimed, the price increases to $997 Lifetime.
Where can I read the refund and cancellation rules?
See the FCT-owned Refund & Cancellation Policy in the Legal Center.
Support, Security & Troubleshooting
How do I contact FCT Support?
Visit the FCT Support page or email support@finessedcopytrader.com.
What should I include in a technical support request?
Include your Synergy version, MT4 or MT5, broker, affected symbol, approximate date/time, screenshots, relevant Experts/Journal logs, and useful Dashboard or audit information. Never send passwords or verification codes.
What should I check if Synergy stops receiving data?
Check VPS/internet connectivity, MetaTrader connection, AutoTrading status, EA status, Dashboard connection indicators, and relevant logs. Restarting the terminal can resolve some temporary terminal or connectivity problems.
What if MetaTrader works but the Dashboard looks delayed?
Review Last Seen, Last Sync, and connection status. A delayed Dashboard can indicate that account data has not synchronized recently even if MetaTrader remains connected.
Does FCT need my broker password?
No. Do not send broker passwords, Discord passwords, Stripe payment details, email login codes, or other sensitive credentials to FCT Support.
Does FCT store my full credit-card details?
Stripe handles payment processing. FCT does not directly store your full payment-card details.
What is the difference between Synergy and Nexus?
Synergy automates supported BridgeWave Signals instructions. Nexus is FCT's separate account-to-account trade-copying product and is currently in development.
Still need help?
Use Support for technical help, Dashboard for accounts and licensing, or Manage Billing for subscription changes.
